泌尿外科副主任医师、医学博士、硕士生导师。
医学专长：泌尿系统各种良恶性肿瘤的诊治。擅长：前列腺癌根治手术（机器人、荧光系统导航）、保留性神经和最大程度保留盆腔结构的前列腺癌根治术、前列腺精准穿刺术（融合靶向穿刺）、局部晚期前列腺癌扩大根治术、转移性前列腺癌系统用药和手术治疗、前列腺冷冻/不可逆电穿孔消融术。每年主刀根治手术超400台，精准穿刺术超600台。

科研情况：作为课题负责人主持国家自然科学基金，上海市自然科学基金，上海医学创新研究基金，上海市卫健委基金、CSCO临床肿瘤研究基金等课题。国内外权威学术刊物发表30余篇学术论文。在前列腺癌根治手术解剖、前列腺穿刺图像融合、晚期患者药物治疗方面做出积极探索。

Associate Chief Physician in Urology, MD, and Master's Supervisor.
Medical Specialty: Diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of benign and malignant urologic tumors. Expertise includes radical prostatectomy (robot-assisted and fluorescence-guided), nerve-sparing and maximal pelvic-structure-preserving radical prostatectomy, precision prostate biopsy (fusion-targeted biopsy), extended radical surgery for locally advanced prostate cancer, systemic and surgical treatment for metastatic prostate cancer, and prostate cryoablation/irreversible electroporation (IRE). He performs over 400 radical surgeries and over 600 precision biopsies per year.
