穆籣，医学博士、主任医师、博士生导师，从事整形美容医、教、研、管理工作 38 年，擅长乳腺癌术后乳房再造修复与乳房整形美容手术、脂肪抽吸腹壁整形术、微整面部年轻化、私密整形等。
专业经历与现任职务
曾任中国医学科学院中国协和医科大学整形外科医院乳房整形再造中心副主任、院长助理、医教处副处长。现为北京大学人民医院整形美容科学科教授、北京大学国际医院整形美容中心教授、北京大学三级教授；海南医学院第二附属医院乳腺外科首席专家、整形外科特聘教授，中国医师协会显微外科技能培训中心（海南）主任。
教育与海外研修
1988 年毕业于广州中山医科大学临床医学系，获医学学士学位；1997 年毕业于中国协和医科大学研究生院，获医学博士学位。先后于 1999 年、2000 年及 2009 年赴比利时、美国和英国学习深造乳房整形与再造方面的先进理论和技术，是中国大陆第三位获得 2000 年度美国整形外科教育基金赴美留学机会的医生。

Prof. Lan Mu is a medical doctor, Chief Physician, Professor, and doctoral supervisor with 38 years of work across plastic and aesthetic surgery, teaching, research, and medical management.
Her clinical expertise includes post-breast-cancer reconstruction and repair, breast aesthetic surgery, liposuction with abdominoplasty, minimally invasive facial rejuvenation, intimate aesthetic surgery, and individualized aesthetic planning.
She previously served at the Plastic Surgery Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences / Peking Union Medical College, including leadership roles in the breast reconstruction center and medical education administration. She now holds professor and expert roles at Peking University People's Hospital, Peking University International Hospital, and the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University, and directs the CMDA Microsurgery Skills Training Center in Hainan.
Prof. Mu graduated from Sun Yat-sen University in 1988 and received her medical doctorate from Peking Union Medical College in 1997. She pursued advanced training in breast plastic and reconstructive surgery in Belgium, the United States, and the United Kingdom.
Her academic output includes 106+ papers, 26 SCI-indexed papers, 80+ academic works, participation in 30 books, and 7 national patents held by her team. Her honors include the Jingyou Shengming Glory Doctor Specialty Elite Award, recognition as a China Health Communication Ambassador, national science communication roles in plastic and aesthetic surgery, and a National Health Commission key technology promotion project.
