任上海抗癌协会乳腺专业委员会委员、上海市外科学会乳腺外科分会会员，上海市中医药学会乳腺专业委员会委员，复旦大学甲状腺疾病中心理事，中国乳腺微创与腔镜手术联盟华东区负责人等职务。
主要从事乳腺、甲状腺疾病的规范化诊治及微创、小切口手术。在乳癌全身治疗的基础上，注重同等疗效下的最小损伤原则，兼顾乳癌规范治疗与术后生活质量。在国内最早开展非溶脂乳腺腔镜手术，多次在美国圣安东尼奥乳癌学会、美国腔镜学会等发表学术论文。在甲状腺领域率先开展小切口手术，受邀在中东甲状腺学会、亚太甲状腺学会等做主题发言及手术视频展示。

He serves as committee member in multiple breast and thyroid academic organizations, including the Shanghai Anti-Cancer Association Breast Committee, Shanghai Surgical Society Breast Surgery Branch, Shanghai Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine Breast Committee, Fudan University Thyroid Disease Center, and as East China lead of the Chinese Breast Minimally Invasive and Endoscopic Surgery Alliance.
His clinical focus is standardized diagnosis and treatment of breast and thyroid diseases using minimally invasive and mini-incision approaches. On top of systemic breast cancer treatment, he emphasizes equivalent efficacy with minimum trauma and improved postoperative quality of life. He was among the earliest in China to perform non-liposuction breast endoscopic surgery, and has presented and published at major international meetings including SABCS and endoscopic surgery congresses. In thyroid surgery, he pioneered mini-incision techniques and has delivered invited talks and surgical video demonstrations at Middle East and Asia-Pacific thyroid meetings.
