傅一山,男,上海国际医学中心骨科·脊柱外科副主任医师,副教授,医学博士,硕士研究生导师。原上海交通大学附属上海市第六人民医院骨科(脊柱外科)副主任医师、副教授。
技术特长:擅长全脊柱外科领域创伤及疾患的诊治。2003 年最早提出“常规手术微创化”理念,强调常规手术即可实现微创化目标,追求手术疗效、安全与微创的统一,非为微创而微创。
学术方面,在国际权威杂志 SPINE 及国内核心期刊发表论著 15 篇,参与编写专著 4 本,担任多份国际及国内专业期刊特约编委和审稿人。
科研方面,主持完成上海市卫生局及上海市第六人民医院科研课题 2 项,获国家发明专利 2 项。2003 年起列入上海市第六人民医院青年临床技术骨干培养计划,多次赴欧美交流访问。
2006 年晋升上海市第六人民医院骨科副主任医师,2010 年晋升上海交通大学副教授、硕士生导师。至今已完成颈椎、胸椎及腰椎各类手术 3000 余例。

Dr. Yishan Fu is an Associate Chief Physician and Associate Professor in Orthopedics and Spine Surgery at Shanghai International Medical Center. He is a PhD in Medicine and a Master's Supervisor, and formerly served as Associate Chief Physician and Associate Professor in Spine Surgery at Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
His technical focus covers trauma and disease management across the full spine. In 2003, he proposed one of the earliest concepts of "routine surgery minimization," advocating that standard procedures can be systematically refined into minimally invasive surgery while preserving efficacy and safety, rather than pursuing minimally invasive approaches for their own sake.
Academically, he has published 15 papers in international and leading Chinese journals, including SPINE, co-authored 4 monographs, and served as invited editor/reviewer for multiple domestic and international specialty journals.
He completed 2 research projects supported by the Shanghai Health Bureau and Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital, and holds 2 national invention patents. Since 2003, he has been included in young clinical technical-talent programs and has repeatedly undertaken academic exchange visits in Europe and North America.
Promoted to Associate Chief Physician in 2006 and to Associate Professor/Master's Supervisor in 2010, Dr. Fu has completed more than 3,000 cervical, thoracic, and lumbar operations to date.
